PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- OPEN CLASSROOM LUNCH is on the federal free/reduced lunch program! Your family can apply for free/reduced price lunch for students at any time during the school year. Applications are available in the OC main office or go to the free/reduced application page for an online form.
If your child was on free/reduced price lunch at OC last year, they can continue to be on free/reduced lunch until 30 days after enrolling for the next school year. New free/reduced lunch applications must be submitted within 30 days of the start of the school year to continue on uninterrupted free/reduced price lunch.
If your child is new to Open Classroom School, you must submit an application directly to OC regardless of free/reduced status at any other school! Students who qualify for reduced lunch pay only $0.40 per meal.
IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION:
Regular lunch price is $3.00 per child ($4.00 per adult lunch). Pay ahead with one of our payment plans and save! There are yearly ($2.00/lunch) or half-year ($2.25/lunch) options for children! Please remember to PREPAY for all your child’s meals. This is school district policy.
Go to ‘Lunch Payments’ on the OC website to make secure credit/debit card payments through PayPal. Note: you do not need a PayPal account to do this. Make sure to include your CHILD’S NAME in the INFORMATION TO MERCHANT area when you pay, or send an email about your payment to email@example.com to let us know which child the payment is for (especially if your last name differs from your child’s). Select from several preset payment amounts, or IF you have your own PayPal account, you can pay any amount! Your payment goes directly to Board of Education, SLC Open Classroom.
When choosing our ANNUAL($350) or BIANNUAL($198) plan, pay for each child separately, and include the student name with each payment. Please note: any payment plan shows as a one time charge in your child’s account at the beginning of the plan. Your child’s balance remains at $0.00 and no charges accrue for her/him until the payment plan ends. If payment is not made by the posted due date, pricing reverts back to regular lunch price amount. Sorry, there is NO credit or refund for unused days on any plan in addition to the discounted price you receive. Also, additional credit is required for other family members’ lunches or coffee cart charges.
Pricing Summary for student payment plans:
ANNUAL PRICE (180days): $350 -due AUGUST 25.
BIANNUAL PRICE (90days): $198 -due AUGUST 25 and JANUARY 19.
